Marjorie May Fish, a resident of Weed, passed away on June 27, 2010 at her home. She was 82 years old.
Marjorie was born in Forest Grove, Oregon on May 14, 1928. She moved to Siskiyou County from Ashland, Oregon in 1956.
Marjorie was a high school teacher. She was a member of PEO, an election volunteer, a bridge club member, and an elder of Grace Presbyterian Church.
Marjorie enjoyed playing bridge, camping, water skiing, snow-skiing, swimming and playing with her grandchildren.
Survivors include her sons, John E. Fish of Weed and Arthur A. Fish of Sun Prairie, Wisconsin; daughter, Jean E. Fish of Palmdale, California; sister, Joan Ray Sage of Medford, Oregon; and four grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Arthur E. Fish; and sister, Jean Watson.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, July 3 at 3 p.m. at Grace Presbyterian Church in Weed with Pastor Jim Howe officiating. Burial is at Mt. Shasta Memorial Park in Mount Shasta.
