Lalo “Lalito” Everardo Burke Rodriguez, a resident of Anderson, passed away on March 17, 2011 in Redding, California. He was 34 years old.

Lalo was born in Medford, Oregon on February 2, 1977. He moved to Shasta County from Mount Shasta seven years ago.

Lalo was co-owner of an automotive repair shop in Redding. He coached girls softball and youth soccer.

He was a member of Bethel Church of Redding; and enjoyed hunting and fishing.

Lalo was an amazing man of God, who loved his wife and children with all his heart. Family and his heavenly Father were everything to him. Lalo always saw the best in everyone; he is going to be greatly missed.

Survivors include his wife, Lupe Rodriguez of Anderson; sons, Isaac, Dominic and Tyson Rodriguez, all of Anderson; daughters, Vanessa Raé Rodriguez and Campbell Rodriguez, both of Anderson; parents, Susan and Rich Dunn of Mount Shasta, and Lalo Everardo and Rosa Rodriguez of Mount Shasta; brothers, Miguel Rodriguez and Dante Rodriguez, both of Mount Shasta, Jason Flores of Georgia, Jesse Flores of Anderson, and Salvador Flores of San Francisco; sisters, Andrea St. Amant of Redding, Leticia Lynam, Anika Kronmiller and Carissa Rodriguez, all of Mount Shasta; grandparents, Everardo and Candelaria Rodriguez of Mexico; and numerous nieces and nephews.

A memorial service will be held Thursday, March 24 at 2 p.m. at the Mountain Christian Fellowship Church in Mount Shasta. Burial is at Mt. Shasta Memorial Park.
