Roxanne Michelle Harper passed away on November 18, 2011 at her home in Mount Shasta, California. She was 20 years old.

Roxanne was born to Roger B. and Kimberley E. Harper on August 11, 1991 in Willmar, Minnesota. She attended Mt. Shasta area schools, having graduated in 2009 from Mattole Valley Charter in Dunsmuir, California.

Roxanne was a spirited and talented girl who loved to dance, play music and do art. She was interested in fashion and political science; and worked at Trading Places Consignment Store in Mount Shasta.

Roxanne was preceded in death by her father, Roger Bernard Harper.

She is survived by her mother, Kimberley E. Harper; stepfather, Michael W. Hunter; sisters, Kelsi and Sophie; stepsisters, Hiedy, Allana and Alethea; brother, Colin; stepbrother, Michael; grandmothers, Judith Freitas and Grace Harper; grandfather, Richard Harper; her fiance, Thomas Cattolica; and many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.

Services will be held on Saturday, November 26 at 2 p.m. at the First Baptist Church of Mount Shasta.
