Frozen Chocolate Covered Strawberry Hearts
Who doesn't like chocolate covered strawberries?! In the movie Frozen, Elsa freezes Anna's heart with a blast of ice. These little frozen strawberries make perfect hearts and they are fairly simple to make.
You will need:
1 pkg of fresh strawberries, smaller ones with good shape work best1 pkg of white chocolate, Wilton brand is what I usedsprinkles, I used these sprinklesBowlwaxed paper
Wash and dry your strawberries. Set on a paper towel to dry.

Melt the chocolate in a bowl in the microwave, for about 20 seconds, stir, continue to microwave checking every 10 seconds or so, depending on your microwave, you don't want it to burn, just melted and smooth.

Dip your washed and dried whole berries into chocolate to cover.

Set on waxed paper to harden. Sprinkle with decorator sprinkles if you want at this time before they harden. I was able to make three then sprinkle, before they got too hard. I set the waxed paper on a cookie sheet so I could move them easier to the refrigerator until the party, since I made them the day before.

Didn't they turn out pretty?!!
