Maria Muldaur and her Bluesiana Band will give a benefit performance Sunday evening, Sept. 10, in McCloud, just after the close of the three-day McCloud Mountain Bluegrass Festival.

Performers at McCloud Mountain Bluegrass 2017 at Hoo Hoo Park Sept. 8 to 10 include Grammy-nominated artists Laurie Lewis and Tom Rozum, and Kathy Boyd & Phoenix Rising, winner of the 2016 IMEA Bluegrass Song of the Year.

Also featured over the weekend will be hot new band Blue Summit featuring AJ Lee and returning bands Rita Hosking Trio, Old Kennett String Band and Mossy Creek, who were audience favorites at the 2016 festival.

The Bluegrass Festival ends at 4 p.m. Sunday, and the Maria Muldaur benefit will follow a short walk away at The Hall and Old Mill and Distillery, a new venue in McCloud. See more at: www.thehallmccloud.com.

Maria Muldaur and her Bluesiana Band are performing as a benefit for the Mount Shasta Bioregional Ecology Center.

VIP ticket holders can enter the The Hall and Old Mill and Distillery at 4:30 p.m. for a “meet and greet” with Maria and her band. The Cajun Jambalaya dinner will follow at 5:30 p.m., with Blue Relish, a local band, performing blues, jazz and originals.

Doors are scheduled to open for general admission to the Maria Muldaur show at 6:30 p.m., and the show starts at 7 p.m.

Free parking for the Festival will be available at the old mill site. Cold beer and craft foods will be sold by vendors at the event.
