This Saturday, Aug. 28, 2010, Great Western Auctioneers of Grants Pass, Ore., will hold an “Exceptional Antique and Collectable Auction” at the McCloud Century House and Museum in McCloud. It will begin at 9 a.m. Items can be previewed Friday. Bid packets will be available.
The building’s owners are facing foreclosure, and everything will be up for sale.
Located at 433 Lawndale Court, the building’s historical hospital items, antiques, early furniture, old tubs and pedestal sink, old photographs, 1964 Mustang, 14 foot boat with trailer and other equipment are among the many items that will go on the block.
Much of the furniture and other items are dated from the early 1900s to the late 1950s.
At 11 a.m. Saturday, real estate will be offered. Beginning bid starts at $160,000.
