Mount Shasta Area Newspapers has a new E-edition subscription available.
An E-edition in an online version of the paper that is laid out in the normal familiar style of the printed product. Every page of the newspaper appears just like it does in print. That’s where the similarity stops.
You can highlight a story or photograph and it appears immediately on the right hand side of the page in large, easy-to-read print. You can send it by e-mail to a friend. You can request an e-mail notification using a search word and you’ll be contacted whenever the search term appears.
Easy to use buttons at the top of the page allow you to navigate between pages with just a click. You can see all the pages as thumbnails or see two pages at a time just like you were holding it in your hands.
Another view allows you to see a list of all stories on that page.
You can download the paper to your computer or print it out with the click of a button.
We’re offering a free trial period through July 8th so you can try it and see if you like it.
After the 8th, we’ll be offering an online subscription at a special price of $24.99 for a whole year. If you are already a subscriber, you can add on the E-edition for just $2 more.
