Friday will be the busiest day of Mount Shasta High School’s Homecomimg week, including boys volleyball and Day on the Green activities starting at 1:15 p.m., followed by the Homecoming parade at 2:10. The royalty crowning ceremony will be held at Joe Blevins Memorial Stadium after Friday night’s JV football game, which is scheduled to start at 5:30 p.m. The varsity game will follow as the Bears take on the Etna Lions.
Powderpuff football is scheduled for Wednesday evening at 6 p.m., and a Rally Night will be held in the gym starting at about 8 p.m. Thursday after the Bears’ volleyball games against Etna.
Chosen as Homecoming royalty were seniors Kaimana Ferguson, Kennedy Cross, Dustin Eoff, Nicole Jones, Wayde Burns, Harmony Yerkes, Ty Hayden, and Sydney Hilleary; juniors Trenton Merrill, Karly Carter, Nolan Johnson and Isabella Powers; sophomores Alexis Ramirez and Natalie Haugen; and freshmen Anthony Pigoni and Madison Brown.
