Summer Joy
Bonnie and Brian Heile of Mount Shasta, welcome their new daughter, Summer Joy, born at 7:34 a.m. on August 24, 2010 at Mercy Medical Center in Mount Shasta. Birthweight was 8 pounds, 6 ounces. Summer joins big sister Gracie.

Maternal grandparents are Tom and Trudy Merkle of Weed. Maternal great-grandmothers are Phyllis Duden of King City, California; and Peggy Merkle of Greenfield, California.

Paternal grandparents are Sheila Heile and Jack Hayes of Mount Shasta; and the late Edward Heile. Paternal great-grandmother is Geraldine Zanni of McCloud.

Rychelle Lily
A daughter, Rychelle Lily, was born to Michelle and Ryan Cantrell of Dunsmuir, at 7:01 p.m. on August 22, 2010 at Mercy Medical Center in Mount Shasta. Birthweight was 7 pounds, 13 ounces.

Ahmani Kamiya Aubrey
Rocie Mitchell and Patric Collins of Weed, are the parents of a baby girl, Ahmani Kamiya Aubrey, born at 1:34 p.m. on August 20, 2010 at Mercy Medical Center in Mount Shasta. Birthweight was 6 pounds, 5.2 ounces. Ahmani joins big sister Akierra.

Kayden Alexander
Maria Barron and David C. Rodriguez of Dunsmuir, are the parents of a baby boy, Kayden Alexander, born at 6:52 p.m. on August 18, 2010 at Mercy Medical Center in Mount Shasta. Birthweight was 8 pounds, 12 ounces.
Paternal grandparents are Richard and Elia Weir of Dunsmuir.

Roman Lee
A son, Roman Lee, was born to Vonda and Jason Gardner of Weed, at 11:37 p.m. on August 17, 2010 at Mercy Medical Center in Mount Shasta. Birthweight was 10 pounds, 1.8 ounces. Roman joins big sister Kya.

Jemma Noel
Lauren McCurry and Glenn Strawder of Weed, are the parents of a baby girl, Jemma Noel, born at 10:40 p.m. on August 7, 2010 at Mercy Medical Center in Mount Shasta. Birthweight was 8 pounds, 10 ounces.

Maternal grandparents are Heather and Ron Driml of Mount Shasta.

Paternal grandparents are Toska McQueen of San Pablo, California; and Glenn Strawder of Maryland.

Jaxson Edward
A son, Jaxson Edward, was welcomed by Tiffany and Jonathan Hedlund of Mount Shasta, at 6:06 p.m. on August 6, 2010 at Mercy Medical Center in Mount Shasta. Birthweight was 8 pounds, 5.5 ounces.

Maternal grandparents are Troy and Debra Wood of Mount Shasta.

Paternal grandparents are Ken and Kay Hedlund of Monmouth, Oregon.

Christian Samuel
Crystal and Chief Petty Officer James Culbertson of Honolulu, Hawaii, welcome their new son, Christian Samuel, born on August 2, 2010 at Tripler Army Medical Center in Honolulu. Christian weighed 6 pounds, 7 ounces and was 19 inches long. He joins three year old brother James Culbertson II.

James Sr. is a native of Weed, California and is currently serving in the US Navy on the USS Texas in Pearl Harbor, Hawaii.

Paternal grandparents are Paula and John Tucker, Marie and James Huffman, and Nancy and Ronald Culbertson, all of Weed.

Maternal grandparents are Cleo and James Hicks of Elizabethton, Tennessee.

Ryder Everitt
Skye and Paul Kinkade of Mount Shasta, welcome their new son, Ryder Everitt, born at 5:34 p.m. on August 5, 2010 at Mercy Medical Center in Mount Shasta. Birthweight was 8 pounds, 9.6 ounces. Ryder joins big brothers Gage and Caliber, and big sister Violet.

Maternal grandparents are Bob and Jane McKenzie of Mount Shasta. Maternal great-grandfather is Robert Tanner of Mount Shasta.

Paternal grandparents are Kelly Kinkade and Tony Hart; and Paul and Jackie Kinkade, all of Weed. Paternal great-grandparents are Anne and Bill Kinkade; and Joe and Dorothy Amaral, all of Weed.

Julian Andres
A son, Julian Andres, was born to Mariela and Jose Pena of Weed, at 2:34 p.m. on July 28, 2010 at Mercy Medical Center in Mount Shasta. Birthweight was 6 pounds, 15 ounces. Julian joins big sister Jasmine.

Elijah Christopher
