Learn how to recognize clues to avalanche danger; and some basics on safe travel in the backcountry.
‘Pedal-Driven’ -- Documentary movie and presentation to explore issues surrounding mountain biking on public lands, 7 p.m., Black Bear Gallery, downtown Mount Shasta. Representatives from the Forest Service, Mount Shasta Trail Association, and International Mountain Bike Association will be on hand for discussion.
