July 2, 1958 - March 27, 2017
At 58-years-young, we lost our best friend, our dad, the father of our daughters, and our brother, Eduardo "Eddie" Guerrero. There was no pain, no suffering, no drawn-out good-byes. One minute he was his jovial, talkative self, and the next he had quietly slipped away. He went peacefully in the loving arms of his brother, Tony with his daughter, Veronica nearby.
His beloved parents, Maria and Maximo, and his sister Concha "Connie" Cardenas preceded Eddie in death. He leaves behind daughters Veronica and Alex Guerrero; former wife, Silvia Guerrero; brothers, Steven and Antonio "Tony" Guerrero, and sister Rosa Tejeda.
Eddie was born and raised in Woodland but enjoyed his retirement years in Dunsmuir, CA. He attended local schools and had worked as a forklift operator at Mobile Chemical, Walgreens, and Gymboree warehouses. In his later years he had become quite the Facebook friend to many, often sharing beautiful pictures of his adventures around the mountains.
He is deeply missed by his friends and family, especially his daughters. But his infectious laugh and sardonic humor will never be lost or forgotten. He had a good life, full of love and laughter. He loved so many, and so many loved him. So please join us at the Dunsmuir Brewery in Dunsmuir on Saturday, June 3rd at 2 p.m., to share in celebrating his life with one last beer.
