June 1, 1930 ~ May 25, 2017

Pearl Dean Rossetto, a resident of Dunsmuir, passed away peacefully on May 25, 2017, in her home surrounded by her children and grandchildren. Pearl loved her family and friends deeply and her love of gardening and bingo was secondary. She also loved animals and would take in strays whenever they came to her door. She especially loved poodles.

She was born on June 1, 1930 in Oklahoma. She was a wonderful seamstress and used her talent to supplement her income. She loved children and babysat the whole neighborhood up until the end. As a child Pearl attended Dunsmuir Elementary School and Dunsmuir High School.

She was a member of the Eagle’s Lodge, Senior’s Club and Klamath Falls Baptist Church and was also crazy about Bingo.

She is survived by her children, Vicki Axtel of Colorado, Larry of Gold Hill, Bob of Dunsmuir, Tony of Medford, the twins Lorey & Corey Rossetto of Dunsmuir, and Kevin McKinley of Igo, eleven grandchildren and ten great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband Nello Rossetto, they were married for 63 years, her son William (Bill) who passed away in an auto accident when he was 20 years old, and her parents, Wilber Clinton Bush and May Keever, both of Oklahoma. She was the last surviving sister in a family of eight daughters. She also had a twin sister named Ruby who she was very close with.

The family would like to thank Mercy Mount Shasta and Mercy Hospice for their care.

The compassion they showed us was much appreciated.
