Daniel (Danny) Lynn Bullerwell, passed away peacefully and went on to the arms of his Heavenly Father on March 20, 2018.
He was born on January 22, 1948, in Weed, California, to Willard Carl Bullerwell, Sr., and Phyllis Geraldine Nason Bullerwell.
Danny was a 1967 graduate of Mount Shasta High School where he excelled in playing football, in addition to running track. After graduating high school, Dan joined military service in the United States Army, where he served two tours of duty in Vietnam.
When he returned home from serving his country, Dan lived most of his life in the surrounding area of Mount Shasta. Dan worked as a logger for the International Paper Company, along with several other positions in the timber industry.
He is survived by his wife, Adrienne; as well as his son, Ryan; daughter, Michelle; stepchildren, Sherry and Richard; and brothers, Clifford, Willard Jr., Geary, and David.
He was preceded in death by his parents; his brother, Frank; and sister, Dixie.
He is also survived by his loving dog, Dogan.
He was a member of the First Baptist Church in Mount Shasta.
He loved his dog, camping, and gardening. He will be remembered as a good husband by his wife, who recalls, “He always thought of me first.”
A memorial service will take place on April 6 at the First Baptist Church in Mount Shasta at 2 p.m.
