Hostess – and its Twinkies, Ding Dongs and other brands – may be dead if a court rules against the company’s unions. Hostess is in court this week to try to get its union contracts thrown out, but if it succeeds, union workers have pledged to strike, and many believe the company won’t survive a strike. Hostess filed for bankruptcy earlier this year.
