College of the Siskiyous has scheduled a series of public meetings throughout the county in June to take input for its “visioning process.”
New superintendent/president will meet with community members (see list of times and locations below) to hear their ideas about what they would like to see 20 years from now.
In an age of short-term thinking and constant problem solving, the College, according to a press release, would like its strategic planning to be focused on a long-term goal.
“As the ‘community’s college’ we believe that this vision must be informed by the citizens of Siskiyou County and their dreams for the future,” the press release states.
