The Siskiyou Heat U12 team is scheduled to play a doubleheader this Sunday, April 28, at College of the Siskiyous in Weed.
Featuring six players from Mount Shasta, one from Weed, one from McCloud, three from Yreka, and one from Fort Jones, The Heat will be hosting the Klamath Falls Basin Bandits starting at 1 p.m.
This is a rare local game for the Heat, which is mainly a traveling tournament team. Heat players are Siskiyou County girls who participate in girls fast pitch softball beyond what is offered by local recreational softball.

Sunday's games were originally scheduled to be played in Mount Shasta, but have been moved to COS.
