Jay Leno, 63, will host "The Tonight Show" for the final time tonight. Leno, who exited the show for Conan O'Brien in 2009 but then took back the helm in 2010, is leaving for sure this time. Taking over for Leno is Jimmy Fallon. Leno began hosting "Tonight" in 1992 after Johnny Carson retired.
