The meeting is scheduled to start at 6 p.m. at Scout Hall in McCloud.

After the hearing, the only new business item on the meeting’s agenda is discussion/action regarding approval of a resolution to establish service rates from November to June in the 2014-2015 fiscal year.

The proposed monthly fee increase for water service is from $37.85 per household equivalent to $40 per household equivalent.

The proposed monthly fee increase in sewer fees is from $21.20 to $23.20 per household equivalent.

“Written protests will be accepted from the record owner of real property subject to the proposed fee increase affecting that property up to the conclusion of the Public Hearing,” according to information in the agenda packet. “Prior to closure of the hearing, the District Secretary will announce the number of written protests received to determine if a majority protest exists.”
