Missing since Saturday afternoon, April 11, 86 year old Theresa Glenn of McCloud was located alive at approximately 10:30 a.m. April 16 northeast of McCloud. By early afternoon she was being transported to the hospital.

Members of the Siskiyou County Sheriff’s Department Search and Rescue located Ms. Theresa Glenn alive northeast of McCloud today, April 16, at approximately 10:30 a.m. Emergency Medical Services was requested to treat her, according to the Siskiyou County Sheriff’s Office.

The 86 year old Glenn was last seen the afternoon of Saturday, April 11, walking her Shepherd mix dog. She was reported to have a history of short term memory loss and suffers from early stages of Alzheimers.

Search and Rescue teams had spent several days in the McCloud area. Assisting the Sheriff’s Department Search and Rescue were teams from Josephine County, Jackson County, Klamath County, Curry County and members of the US Forest Service assigned to the Shasta-Trinity Forest. California Highway Patrol officers, a CHP helicopter and KARDA search dogs also assisted.

The Siskiyou County Search and Rescue team expressed appreciation to Coyote Coffee, McCloud Bed and Breakfast Inn and the McCloud Baptist Church for their support of the search teams.
