Khoy Allen Lemport Hadaway, 53, passed away on Thursday, February 5, 2015. He had a short battle with pancreatic cancer.
He was born on May 8, 1961 in Denver, Colorado.
Khoy attended school in Petaluma, California and in Weed, California.
Khoy lived in Jacksonville, Florida for the past 30 years, was employed by Capital Petroleum for 22 years, and for J.B. Coxwell for the past two years.
Khoy was a loving husband, stepfather, son, brother and friend. He will be dearly missed by all.
He had a great love for sports especially baseball (he was an awesome catcher). He also enjoyed watching football every Sunday afternoon. He had a knack for making people laugh.
Survivors include his wife of 15 years, Carol; stepchildren, Shawn Boyd and Cody Puritt, all of Jacksonville, Florida; mother, Selma “Sam” Hadaway of Oroville, California; sisters, Stephanie Aquila and Carrie Hadaway; nephews, Shane Phillips and A.J. Aquila, all of Weed, California; four grandchildren; and numerous other relatives and friends.
Memorial services will be held on Saturday, May 9 at noon at 608 Stony Point Road, Petaluma, CA 96094. Please come share memories.
