NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Siskiyou County Board of Supervisors will hold a Public Hearing on Thursday, November 16, 2017, at 9:00a.m., at the Miners’ Inn Convention Center, 122 East Miner Street, Yreka, California, to consider an appeal filed by Marsha A. Burch representing the Gateway Neighborhood Association, W.A.T.E.R. and the Winnemem Wintu Tribe of the decision of the Siskiyou County Planning Commission on the Crystal Geyser Use Permit UP-16-03 and Certification of EIR, Resolution PC-2017-004.

All interested persons are invited to be present and be heard thereon or present comments in writing to the Board of Supervisors, 510 North Main Street, Yreka, CA 96097.

If you plan on attending the public hearing and need special accommodation because of a sensory or mobility impairment/disability, please contact the County of Siskiyou at 530-842-8084 to arrange for those accommodations to be made.

If you challenge this issue in court, you may be limited to raising only those issues you or someone else raised at the public hearing described in this notice, or in written correspondence delivered to the Board of Supervisors at, or prior to, the public hearing.
