The Women in Business Network of Siskiyou and the Women’s Business Center at JEDI are hosting a networking event for small business owners, entrepreneurs and women leaders in our community. This free event is your opportunity to make personal connections and share business and life experiences. Food and drinks will be available for purchase.

There will be a panel moderated by Joy Taylor, WBC Online Learning Specialist, addressing questions of interest to women business owners in a rural economy. The panel will be interactive, allowing audience participation, and discuss such things as the isolation of being a solopreneur, how to re-invigorate your business and move from struggling to flourishing. Successful business owners and leaders will also share their wisdom and what they wish they had known when first starting out.

Trisha Funk, WBC Director, shares, “Our goal is to bring women entrepreneurs together and provide tools and resources so they can succeed in business and flourish in life. Small business jobs support people and small businesses support communities.”
