Abortion law proposal

In light of the anti-abortion law passed in Alabama, I have written the following proposal to Representative Kevin McCarthy:

“In those states that pass laws preventing abortion for rape and incest, Congress should pass a law that requires their government to pay for prenatal care, child care until the child is 18 (or age 26 in the event of disability), pay for maternity leave, and pay a clothing allowance and educational allowance to age 26 with inflation cost of living increases.’’
