Members of the Copco Lake Fire Protection District must be registered voters living within the district, said County Clerk Laura Bynum.

The Siskiyou County Clerk announced last week that there are two unscheduled vacancies on the Copco Lake Fire Protection District. The positions up for appointment are open for terms ending Dec. 6, 2019, and Dec. 3, 2021.

Members of the Copco Lake Fire Protection District must be registered voters living within the district, said County Clerk Laura Bynum. Members are required to file Form 700, Statement of Economic Interest. For more information on this requirement, the County’s Conflict of Interest Code is available online on the Clerk’s page at www.co.siskiyou.ca.us.
