California native and 48 year resident of Dunsmuir, Michael Bernard Dragmire passed away on March 18, 2020, in Rexburg, Idaho where he had relocated in 2019. He was 80 years old.

Mike was an only child born on December 6, 1939, to Minna Marie Busch and Harry Dragmire in Bakersfield. Mike worked in the Bay Area for Fairchild Semiconductor in research and development before moving to Dunsmuir and working for Southern Pacific Railroad where he finished his career as an Engineer. He then started an auto electric business in Mt. Shasta where he worked for several years before retiring.

Mike is survived by his wife of 45 years, Joanne Dragmire, and his four children: Kirk Dragmire and his wife Jacque of Rancho Murieta, CA, grandsons Brady and Grant Stacie Barrera and her husband Brian of Elk Grove, CA, granddaughters Avery and Lauren David Warnberg and his wife Robin of Beverly Hills, FL, granddaughter Tyra and grandsons Trace and Gage Michel Warnberg and his wife Leslie of Rigby, ID, grandson Christopher and granddaughters Evelyn and Lauren

Mike enjoyed golf, hunting, fishing, wood cutting, classic Chevy’s, spending time with family, and watching his children and grandchildren playing sports. One of his biggest joys was being the pit boss while he and his son drag raced their prized 1968 Camaro.
