Betty Lou Goehring passed away peacefully at her home on Wednesday, February 23, 2022, with her loving husband, Chuck, by her side.
Betty was born to Loren and Minnie Williams in Hanford, California, on March 19, 1939. She was one of three children and enjoyed spending time with her family.
On October 1, 1955, Betty married the love of her life, Chuck Goehring. Chuck and Betty were married for 66 years and had three beautiful children, Pamm, Tami, and Von.
In 1964, Chuck and Betty moved their family to Dunsmuir. Betty was the co-owner of many businesses, including Century 21 Shasta Cascade Realty and the House of Glass.
Betty prided herself in her family. She was an amazing artist and loved to cook. Her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren were all taught so many valuable lessons from Betty. Anybody who knew Betty loved her. She was one of the kindest, most loving and caring women you would ever meet.
Betty is survived by her husband, Chuck Goehring, her daughters Pamm (and Charlie) Thompson and Tami (and Steve) Barlow; her grandchildren, Chris Barlow Renae (and Chris) Hanson, Melissa (and Chris) Dilbeck, and Bart (and Megan) Thompson; and seven great-grandchildren: Caleb, Morgan, Trenton, Hailey, Henry, Lillian, and James.
She was predeceased by her son, Von Goehring, her mother, Minnie Williams, and father, Loren Williams, as well as her sisters, Adeline McCann and Evaline Linse.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that any donations be made to the American Diabetes Association.
