Nathaniel 'Thad' McKinnon of Mount Shasta CA went home to be with the Lord on February 9, 2022 at U. C, Davis Medical Center following a brief battle with cancer.

Nathaniel was born to Ralph McKinnon and Susan Gularte, Raised in Santa Cruz, CA He grew up in the company of his Mother and Father as well as his brother Gabriel McKinnon,

Nathaniel loved spending time outdoors, and was a kind and compassionate man. He was quick to lend a helping hand, and he never met a stranger. To his Brother he was more than a brother:. he was a best friend. And to his friends he was more than a friend, he was a brother.

Nathaniel always gave his best at everything he did. He truly loved the people in his life, and he loved them well.

Nathaniel is survived by his wife Veronica, daughter Isabelle; daughter Sahara, granddaughter Karma; father Ralph (Jennifer), mother Susan (Stephan); Brother Gaberiel (Femanda), niece Katherine; step brother Joshua (Sarah), nieces Arianna and Kyndall; step sister Kait (Scott), nephews Aaron and Benjamin.

A celebration of life will be held on Saturday March 26, 2022 at 2:00 p.m. at the First Baptist Church. 812 Lassen Lane Mount Shasta.
