Lena went to be with her Heavenly Father on Wednesday May 3, 2023.

Seen as a pillar of strength and compassion, Lena was loved by all. Born December 24,1926 in Weed, California, she lived most of her life in McCloud. She loved stacking her wood in preparation for every winter and cooking for her family.

Lena is preceded in death by her beloved husband Curtis and son-in-law Frank Wood. Lena leaves behind two daughters, Priscilla Wood of McCloud and Sharon (John) Waterman of Redding, along with 3 grandchildren, 5 great grandchildren, 3 great great granddaughters.

The rosary was recited for Lena at 10:30 AM with a Mass at 11:00 A.M. Saturday, May 13, 2023 at the Saint Joseph Catholic Church in McCloud, California.
