The Dunsmuir Lady Tigers volleyball team won both doubleheader home games versus the Happy Camp Lady Indians on Thursday for the squad's first two wins of the year.
The Lady Tigers won both games three sets to one.

Coach Mekeel said that Ashanti Hawkins came off the bench “and played great for us.” He also commended Naomi Johnson for being “a leader for us on and off the court.”
On Tuesday, Sept. 24, Dunsmuir lost a road doubleheader to Surprise Valley. They lost both contests 3-1.
Dunsmuir hosted Butte Valley on Tuesday for their lone game this week, losing in four sets.  Dunsmuir is now 2-9 for the season. Next week, the Lady Tigers face Hayfork at home on Tuesday, Oct. 8,. The contest begins at 5:30 p.m. 
Dunsmuir is at Tulelake on Thursday, Oct. 10.
