Lance Armstrong has reportedly become the latest celebrity to turn down Dancing with the Stars.
Less than a week after Armstrong's public admission that he used performance-enhancing substances during his Tour de France victories, the disgraced cyclist has declined a spot on ABC's dancing competition, Entertainment Weekly reports.
