John Stamos will help bring joy to 18-year-old amputee Kaitlyn Dobrow by taking her to the happiest place on Earth.

In February, Dobrow developed a deadly strain of meningococcemia, a bacterial infection which forced the doctors to remove her arms and legs. Stamos visited Dobrow at the hospital earlier this week, where he posted a photo of them on Instagram and wrote: "I'm ONLY doing this cause they asked. I said no press. but this story is a must read- plus me and katie have a date to Disneyland."

Dobrow's friend Kristen Kidd shared her gratitude on Twitter writing,"Thank you @JohnStamos for making the time to come and visit my best friend, @kaitlynndobrow. You made our day! Can't wait to see you again!"

Since being admitted to the hospital, Dubrow's surgeries have left her family with an overwhelming medical bill. Even after she is released, she'll still need physical therapy and eventually prosthetics. To help ease the costs, Dubrow's parents set up afundraising site which raised over $77 thousand dollars.

"Kaitlynn has had an amazingly positive and courageous attitude throughout this illness and is determined to have a happy, fulfilling life, believing that God has an awesome plan for her future. She is my hero," her mother Kathi Dubrow wrote.
