Christina Perri's family is getting a little bit bigger.

The "Thousand Years" artist announced that she is pregnant again with a sweet Instagram post Saturday.

Perri shared a series of adorable photos of her 2-year-old daughter Carmella Stanley Costabile at the beach wearing a white shirt with a rainbow on it and the words "Big Sister to be" written across the front.

"Carmella is gonna be a big sister!!! our rainbow baby is coming in january," the 33-year-old captioned the post.

A rainbow baby is a term used to call a baby born after a miscarriage or loss of an infant.

Earlier this year, Perri revealed that she had suffered a miscarriage at 11 weeks and opened up about her feelings around the heartbreak.

"We were only 1 week away from sharing the news so i feel like it’s also important to share this news too. I want to continue to help change the story & stigma around miscarriage, secrecy and shame,” she wrote in a Twitter statement. "I am so sad but not ashamed. I am ever reminded how amazing and powerful women are at making life and at healing. To all the mothers who have been here and who will be here, i see you and i love you."

Perri ended her statement on a hopeful note writing that while she she is sad she is not "discouraged."

"When the time feels right we will try again, but today, we mourn our little life lost," she wrote.

Perri's husband, Paul Costabile, comedian and entertainment reporter, also shared the exciting news to his Instagram page along with a photo of Carmella.

"Surprise !! Our little fam is growing 🌈 New bambino/bambina coming January," Costabile captioned the photo.

Perri and Costabile got married in December 2017 after announcing their engagement earlier that year.

"I knew I wanted to ask this girl to marry me the day she walked into the green screen for an interview almost 4 years ago. I finally asked her right here tonight and she said yes !!!" Costabile wrote to Instagram in June 2017 alongside a photo of him kissing his then fiancée.
