What to watch: ‘Stand Up to Cancer,’ 8 p.m. EDT, on ABC, CBS, NBC, Fox, etc.

This big special is being broadcast on 15 channels at the same time tonight, so pick your favorite. “Stand Up to Cancer” is a cancer-research fundraiser that will see appearances from Gwyneth Paltrow, Julia Roberts, Matt Damon, Samuel L. Jackson, Seth Rogen, Taylor Swift, Coldplay, Alicia Keys, Tim McGraw and many others.
