Mountain Melodies youth to present 'a night of delightful entertainment'

Members of the Mountain Melodies group of youth from ages 9-15 will be performing at their first Variety Show on Friday, May 18 at 7 p.m. at Mountain Christian Fellowship, 2324 S. Mt. Shasta Blvd. in Mount Shasta.

A Roger Emerson arrangement of “The Best Day of My Life” and an original piece by Steve Taylor will be featured along with several contemporary Christian songs, plus piano students playing great pieces and a saxophone solo mixed in for fun.

Professor Heinrich Von Hoople from Germany will be doing a comedy routine concerning the importance of “polyphonic” music.

The show is described as “a night of delightful entertainment for all ages!”
