Now that Joanna (Meagan Good) finally has her sights on a main suspect in the murder of her former best friend on NBC's Deception, will her past come back to haunt her?

At the end of this week's episode, a photograph led Joanna to conclude that Vivian Bowers' brother, Julian (Wes Brown), is the one who killed her. But on Monday's episode, Joanna's partner (professionally and sometimes personally) Will (Laz Alonso) tells her that the affair she had with Julian 17 years prior may have compromised their case.

"What's worse, an asset who slept with a suspect 17 years ago, or a handler who slept with his asset two nights ago?" Joanna shoots back.

Check out the clip below. What do you think? Is Will's anger rooted in professional ethics, or jealousy?

Deception airs Mondays at 10/9c on NBC.
