Craig Zadan and Neil Meron have once again been tapped to produce the Academy Awards, Academy President Hawk Koch announced Tuesday.

"Craig and Neil have the overwhelming support of the Academy's Governors to produce the Oscars again in 2014," said Koch. "In order to establish continuity with this year's enormously successful show, we felt it was important to give these consummate professionals the green light now to begin creating another great evening."

Fall TV Scorecard: Renewed or canceled?

Zadan and Meron received some backlash after the 2013 Oscars featured a special celebration of musicals, which included numbers sung by Jennifer Hudson, Russell Crowe, Hugh Jackman, Anne Hathaway and Catherine Zeta-Jones, who headed up a tribute to Chicago, which was produced by Meron and Zadan.

Do you think Zadan and Meron were the right pick?
