Brady lauded

Tom Brady's record-setting performance in the regular-season finale against the Giants earned him the AFC Offensive Player of the Week nod.

It's the fifth time Brady has been honored this season and the 12th time in his career. Brady completed 32 of 42 passes for 356 yards and two touchdowns in the Patriots' 38-35, come-from-behind win. The scores were his 49th and 50th of the season, breaking Peyton Manning's 2004 NFL single-season record.
