Jennifer Mastroianni: These minty chocolate cookies are so tasty, it’s easy to keep tossing them back. I could see downing several dozen before getting a grip on myself.

But thanks to Keebler’s Right Bites packaging, I can stop at the 100-calorie mark. These snack-size bags are perfect for calorie consciousness. The only problem is, these quarter-size cookies with the minty chocolate icing on the bottom are so yummy, it’s hard not to reach for a second bag.

Saimi Bergmann: I am weak.

Need evidence? Look in my trashcan. You’ll see four licked-clean plates from the buffet held to celebrate the Repository’s 12th consecutive year of increased circulation. I intended to just taste a bite or two of each of the four desserts, but ... I am weak.

Because of my minimal willpower, I love the new trend of 100-calorie packs of treats. Enforced portion control.

This entry from Keebler is a low-cal take on their Grasshoppers (which are similar to the Girl Scouts’ Thin Mints). For 100 calories, you get 10 small chocolate mint cookie rings, lightly -- very lightly -- dipped in chocolate coating. Satisfying, without guilt.
