Police arrest naked man asleep on porch

A Framingham man found sleeping naked on a residential porch Monday seemed too drunk to tell officers why he was there, police said.

Anthony J. Horne, 23, was arrested at 4 a.m., Deputy Police Chief Craig Davis said.

The homeowner told police he was sleeping when he heard his dog barking. When he went to his front door and saw Horne, naked, trying to get into the house, he called police.

"When officers arrived, (Horne) is laying there naked in a fetal position sleeping on this guy's porch," Davis said.

Horne seemed unable to answer any questions from officers, who arrested him, police said.

"There was a strong smell of an alcoholic beverage coming from him," Davis said.

Horne was charged with indecent exposure.

He also had several warrants for his arrest that charged him with driving without a license and OUI.

Horne pleaded not guilty at his Framingham District Court arraignment Monday. Judge David Cunis did not set bail on the new case, but ordered Horne held and taken to the other courts to answer to the warrants before he is released.
