According to a lip reader, Boehner – a smoker – asked President Barack Obama – a former smoker – for a cigarette, and when Obama said no, Boehner said, “Somebody won’t let you do it,” referring to Michelle Obama. She wasn’t pleased. Boehner’s reps have denied that was what was said.
