Chris Brown is being investigated for possible assault after a fight with singer Frank Ocean in the parking lot of a recording studio both men use, Yahoo reports. The L.A. Sheriff's Department confirms Brown is being investigated but has not released any information on who the victim is. However, Ocean claimed on Twitter that he was injured by Brown, claiming his finger was cut during the incident.

Brown is still on probation after he pled guilty to felony assault of then-girlfriend Rihanna after the 2009 Grammy awards show. If convicted of assault again, Brown could be considered in violation of his probation. He was chastised by a judge in November 2012 for failing a mandatory drug test.
