Morning Jolt: Boy suspended for Pop Tart gun gets NRA membership

An 8-year-old boy who was suspended from school after he allegedly ate his Pop Tart into the shape of a gun was given a Junior Life Membership in the NRA by a Maryland Republican. The legislator, Nicholaus Kipke, gave the boy the membership and said, "I was embarrassed that my county would do that to him.”
