Dzhokhar Tsarnaev, one of two brothers accused in the Boston Marathon bombings, will appear in public for the first time since his capture. The 19-year-old will be in court today for aggaignment. He faces 30 charges in the bombings that killed four and wounded about 260. Tsarvaev's brother was killed during a shootout with police. 

The Dow Jones opened at 15,300.34 after finishing up 75.65 points Tuesday.
