Notice of Public Hearing: Mt. Shasta Recreation & Parks District: Hours & Conditions of Operation
NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Mt. Shasta Recreation & Parks District Board of Directors have scheduled a Public Hearing for the Regular Meeting of the District Board on Tuesday, February 13, 2018 - 6:00pm at the Mt. Shasta City Park – Recreation Center, located at 1315 Nixon Road, Mt. Shasta, CA. The purpose of the Public Hearing is to conduct a Second Reading of a considered amendment to District Ordinance 1-07/08 (as amended & adopted 10/18/2016) An Ordinance of the Mount Shasta Recreation & Parks District Establishing Regulations Governing Parks and Recreation Facilities.
Section to be considered for amendment:
CHAPTER 02 – PARKS – RULES FOR USE OF FACILITIES / I-ADMINISTRATION - 02.010 - Hours & Conditions of Operation
All interested persons are invited to be present and be heard thereon or present comments in writing to the District Board of Directors, 1315 Nixon Road, Mt. Shasta, CA. If you are unable to attend the Public Hearing, you may direct written comments to the Board of Directors, PO Box 314, Mt. Shasta, CA 96067. Printed copies of the Ordinance document are available at the District office and is also available on the District web-site – msrec.org.
If you challenge the proposed ordinance amendment in the courts, you may be limited to raising only those issues you or someone else raised at the Public Hearing described in this notice, or in written correspondence delivered to the Board of Directors at, or prior to, the Public Hearing.
