MEASURE TO BE VOTED ON

CITY OF DUNSMUIR

Notice is hereby given that the following city measure is to be voted on at the Statewide General Election to be held in the City of Dunsmuir on Tuesday, November 6, 2018:

MEASURE T:

To provide funding for general City services, shall an ordinance be adopted to impose a cannabis industry tax at a rate not to exceed up to $3.50 per dry-weight ounce of cannabis flower, cannabis leaves, fresh cannabis plant, and up to 10% of gross receipts per quarter for other commercial Cannabis businesses and which may raise an amount which is difficult to estimate but may be approximately $20,000 to $40,000 per year.
