Siskiyou County Superior Court case management system offline due to cybersecurity threats
Members of the public interested in cases coming before the Siskiyou County Superior Court will have to go down to the courthouse in Yreka to look them up.
Case information was taken offline for several weeks, in response to cybersecurity threats, and a need to modernize the web access system, say county court officials. Anyone with cases coming before the court can call 530-842-0411.
The Siskiyou County Superior Court case management system is in need of updating and has been temporarily taken offline while upgrades are made, according to court administration officials. The court will be migrating to a new system “within the next few months.”
No information was compromised by hackers or other cybercriminals, the court confirmed.
