Marshmallow Cream Fluff Frosting

This is super fluffy, sticky, creamy, gooey frosting! It is delicious!!!

I was looking for something that looked like snow for our Frozen birthday party

Marshmallow Cream Fluff Frosting

4 egg whites

1 1/2 Cups sugar

1/2 Cup light corn syrup (karo)

1/2 tsp clear vanilla

1 tsp clear almond extract

Food coloring if desired

Place a glass or metal bowl with a lip over a pot of 1-2 inches of boiling water. Glass should not touch water. Your goal is to dissolve the sugar. Add egg whites, sugar and corn syrup to the bowl, bowl should be cool before adding eggs, you don't want to cook the eggs, stir constantly to dissolve the granulated sugar. if you don't get it all dissolved, the frosting will be grainy. This took about 6-7 minutes.
