Weed council to re-consider Roseburg agreements on May 3

A special Weed City Council meeting has been scheduled for Tuesday, May 3, beginning at 7:30 p.m. to consider the following, as stated in the agenda:

• Storm water agreement between the City of Weed and Roseburg Forest Products: Council will consider action to re-consider a vote taken April 14.

• Storm water agreement between the City of Weed and Roseburg Forest Products: Council will consider action on the proposed agreement.

• Water lease agreement between the City of Weed and Roseburg Forest Products: Council will consider action to re-consider a vote taken on April 14.

• Water lease agreement between the City of Weed and Roseburg Forest Products: Council will consider action on the agreement.

• Closed session pursuant to Government Code: pending or threatened litigation.
