Karen was born on November 22, 1953 to Clifford Hockett and Agnes Menzel in Eureka, California. Her family moved to Hayfork, California where she spent the majority of her childhood. She was and always will be a true inspiration to her family and all who knew her.

A special thanks to Mercy Hospice for all their compassionate care during this difficult time. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Mercy Hospice or the McCloud Golf Club in Karen’s name.
